Well, the site is up and everything is running again. I've added a shout box if anyone ever registers, it's a quick way to drop a line. The "My Stock Watch" is a listing of my current holdings ... it's mostly there for me, but if you're interested in the stocks being reccomended to me by my advisor(s) you can take a peek as well. When I add/remove positions I'll make a note of it, as well as purchase price information (sorry, but I'm not saying how many shares or what allocation of holdings anything is ... a bit much info to give to the world).
As far as photos are concerned, I've got about 20GB of old photos to sort through on a billion Kodak disks, as well as everything from 2008. Since I've got to get ready for another move, don't hold your breath on those; it'll likely be December or so before I have the time to actually work on it. I also want to try out the Microsoft Photosynth for some of the areas we've visited. If you haven't seen it yet, it is pretty slick ... check it out here http://photosynth.net/
School is going excellently and I'm at 101 credits now (I started the year at 60), so I'm reasonably happy with my progress. Too bad it took me nearly 10 years to even get started. Unfortunately, I'll only be able to take one course this upcoming semester (Operating Systems) but hopefully I'll be able to cram in three or four ICCP (http://iccp.org) examinations as well. I tried over here, but getting delivery of the exams overseas has proved to be much more difficult than I'd originally anticipated. Couple that with the lack of responsiveness from ICCP and you've got a recipe for ... well ... nothing.
For my most recent endeavor, and as a hobby - I'm putting up an automotive classifieds site to help make shopping for vehicles easier for the english speaking community in the KMC. It should be up and running within the week -- feel free to take a look if you're interested at http://kmccars.com This will go along with the site(s) I'm hosting as a 'charity' function for the military KeySpouse organizations http://keyspouse.com - any key spouse organization that wants a site here is more than welcome to drop me a line, and I'll get it hosted as a subdomain for free. So far I've had one take me up on the offer and I've set them up a basic site at http://21ows.keyspouse.com
Lastly, the diet and exercise thing are going well (apart from spraining my neck this last Monday). I'm down to 183 lbs (from 201) with about 10lbs left to go. Tara is down too, but she'd probably hurt me just a little bit if I started putting numbers on the web! I'd highly reccomend to anyone that sees this that they use a food diary, it really does make life much easier. In my opinion http://fitday.com is probably one of the best out there, it's free and has just about everything you'd ever need.
Now that I've crammed three months of general information it's time to go. As always, thanks for looking - and keep in touch.
